any other logs please let me know. and also if it matters i wouuld reformat my harddrive to fix IF it will fix. pls let me know. thank you in advance

attached checksur log i keep trying to update so windows 7 sp1 and i get that error everytime, ran all hte programs to correct but nothing worked. let me know if anything else is need. Trying to update to windows 7 sp1 and keep getting that error. I tried the programs to fix it automatically...
