already tried turning off hardware acceleration long ago, also cant be that because its affecting things outside my browser and on other browsers

omg i think that was it, ill report back if it falls out of sync again as every other "solution" ive tried did appear to work for like a day before it got bad again

ok still nothing from that, and my mobo doesnt seem to have an option to turn off HPET, its an asus B360M-A

I haven't updated audio drivers recently until after the issue popped up and i tried reinstalling them, and I just tried the sfc /scannow and it didn't resolve the problem

I have fiber and my internet is just fine, its also not just the service, its happening on youtube, twitch, 9anime, on multiple browsers, and some games

UPDATE: It's not just my browsers, rhythm games I play in my free time also fall out of sync EDIT: after reinstalling nvidia drivers there is cackling in the background in said games and a lot of stuttering with occasional graphical glitches
