[SOLVED] win 7 sfc stops at 17%

sorry for the late reply but this post can be closed as I done a clean install of win 10 because the win7 became very unstable to a point that windows explorer kept crashing so I formatted and put 10 on it thank you for the reply and once again sorry for late reply
