[Win7Ult x86 - No SP] Unable to repair corrupt files.

I am not able to run many applications due to crashing of windows. it appears "application"stopped working sfc /scannow found some corrupt files but was unable to repair. Even I used sfcfix and attached the corrupt log files found by sfcfix. Currently I am using WINDOWS 7 Ultimate 32 Bit
