WIN 7 audiodg.exe and NT Kernel & System CPU Hog

I have seen a big increase in FPS after updating the drivers and bios. It seems that I can play find now for about 30 minutes but then the problem returns, audiodg.exe and NT Kernel and System hogging CPU. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
