Windows 10 problems, sfc/scannow doesn't help and dism doesn't either HELP!

Crap, I'm sorry, apparently I should have put it in the Windows update section. If this truly is the case, would a Mod please do this for me, can't seem to figure out how to move my thread.

HELP! When I installed Windows 10 the first time, or rather, upgraded from Windows 8.1, I didn't have too many problems. Later the occasional BSOD came by, probably because of some hardware/software issue between Bullguard and my LAN card('s driver). Got that somewhat straitened out and then...
