Win 2008 R2 - 0x80073712 on KB4534310

Update KB4534310 on 2008 R2 Standard fails with 0x80073712. I have run the system update readiness tool (Windows6.1-KB947821-v34-x64.msu) and toyed with in place upgrade but haven't proceeded with that just yet. Thanks in advance!!

Thank you! yeah cloned ssd boots and runs great but inplace (using usb from another computer) and reset yeild same corruption. Thanks for the quick reply!

Well that's not good!! I successfully cloned to an ssd before knowing of the issues just fine. Is there any way to use that cloned ssd to fix issues? or is a fresh install my only hope.

Successfully ran Chkdsk c: /r /f /x Running gsmartcontrol now and will report back Current issues are strange Rectangled shaped icons beside PC settings catagories, wifi networks etc. No Windows Store or apps will open. Updates run fine but in place upgrade (created from another computer) and...
