Windows Server 2016 - SFC can't repair Dism failed and SFCFix crash

Hello, I ran sfc /scannow and found there were errors that it can't repair. i ran dism and it failed too. i then ran SFCFix and it crashed everytime i launch it. Link to CBS.zip, DISM.zip and SFCFix.txt...
