Nope...nothing changed. I can't believe there wouldn't be a way to repair IE without reinstalling windows...(It's Enterprise edition from my company and I don't know how hard it would be to get the installation media...)

Yes, it does exist there, when I run the executable there it still has the same problem -- no menu buttons or options at all, and it won't even close with the Windows X, I have to kill the process manually.

"An error has occured. Not all of the features were successfully changed." Then I click OK, and it asks me to restart my system, and when I got back in it is still checked.

Now it says IE9 is installed, internet options still a no-go I also got a couple of "Windows Package Manager Operation failed with 0x80070005 Access is denied." popup errors during the uninstall.

Yessir, Windows Features shows up fine now. However, IE is still giving me grief. When I open it, I have no menu bar or buttons, just a forward and back button, and I can't close it with the windows buttons, I have to kill the process. Internet options in CP still doesn't open. In Windows...
