Hi Every one got a problem ! I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 got lazy and let windows download and install updates and from then on have not been able to install any updates first error 0x80070490 i do checks all the time SFC Scan ,no problems Then after that error ran SFC Scan and got could...

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 got lazy and let windows download and install updates and from then on have not been able to install any updates first error 0x80070490 i do checks all the time SFC Scan ,no problems Then after that error ran SFC Scan and got could not repair CBS logs...
