KB4471330 When running ProcMon during the update it appeared to complete successfully (i.e it went through the entire process and said it had completed at the end with the green windows update banner to indicate successful but it didn't ask for a reboot and when you look at the update history...

This is a Server that I've inherited. I was going to wipe and re-install but seeing some of the posts on here gave me hope that it may be resolvable. Other updated (include the .NET Rollups) install without issue but the Security Quality Monthly Rollups have been failing for at least 6 months...
