Strange DPC Latency issues, cannot use Latencymon due to access violation.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Just as a test..... Try dropping your wireless router from "N" to "B / G" and see if that impacts the latency issue. If so.... See if there is a firmware update for your particular Manufacturer, Model Number, Revision Number.

I wish Global Climate Change was the only thing we had to worry about. There are so many problems this planet faces diminishing resources in general.... arable land (suitable to support crops), ocean resources (things we can eat), famine, disease, drinkable water, and the list goes on and on...

Sure there is. At least on my Nokia 521 Windows Phone 8, I just go to Settings->Date+Time and slide the "Set Automatically" slider to "On". That way it picks up the info from your provider based on where you are at geographically. Probably important to note that this is a U.S. T-Mobile branded...
