SFC /scannow corruption fail. SFCfix failed. DISM clean failed. Next step?

Update: after researching this a bit further, I found that running a few different DISM commands repaired something that was corrupt in the existing Install.wim file. Not entirely sure what symptoms can occur from that, but my machine does seem more predictable compared to the way it was prior...

SFC /scannow corruption fail. SFCfix failed. DISM clean failed. Next step?

Because I was having troubles with networking and connecting to the internet after using NordVPN software, I ran Tweaking windows repair as shotgun method of repair. It encountered problems, so I ran SFC /scannow, which returned errors of corrupt files. Ran SFCfix next, but had errors there...
