Downloaded the windows 10 iso installation file and burned it to a DVD. It booted up but, wouldn't let me do the install and said to run setup directly from the DVD after a reboot. Laptop rebooted and I ran the setup.exe directly from the DVD. It checked for updates, prepared for install and...

Performed latest action plan several times. Results are the same as my reply on 5-13-17. I even performed all the optional items before repair where packages were missing or corrupted on 78 items under KB3206632,KB3176936,KB3213986 and KB3211320.
