[SOLVED] Windows code 2 error when trying to update .NET security rollup

Not sure if it was that what you meant, but I cleaned every version manually that was shown in the list instead of "windows 7 (all versions)". Then I tried to run the updates again... I dunno any more how many hours I spent on this problem but finally this hint solved it. Donation is going...

I get still the same error. Also tried to install KB4459922 separately. After creating a restore point it stops.

Yes it tried that across all versions also single updates. Additionally: NetFxRepairTool, dotnetfx_cleanup_tool, deleting windows update folder

Hi, 4.7.2 is the only version that is shown in the programs list, but I un/reinstalled also other lower versions.
