I really want to keep on running Windows 7, to be honest. I upgraded to Windows 7 because I didn't like Vista, at all.

From the flashing utility I can select this options aswell: -Load ROMs optimal settings -Load ROMs files failsafe Thomas

Yes I do know how to get into it, but im not sure how to load optimal settings from within the BIOS. Thomas

It tells me to check box: Destroy CMOS checksum, when i hold mouse on that it says i need to set it up after next reboot, but im not sure how to do that.. what should I do? when trying to do with setting 'nothing' instead of 'destroy cmos checksum' I get this warning: Thomas
