Unable to update Server 2012

Hi all, I'm having some trouble updating a Server 2012 machine and I was hoping to get some help. I've tried running the usual DISM commands DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase followed by sfc /scannow The updates appear to install, then on restart, they're rolled...

I've replaced the COMPONENTS hive and tried running updates again, but still getting an error. I've attached the latest CBS logs.

Cannot update Server 2019

I've replaced the COMPONENTS hive and after restarting, the updates still fail, albeit with a different error code; so it feels like progress. Attached is the CBS log.
