yes, i have already updated everything but the issue it still there. also by the way i checked other forums if other people had similiar problem whith only ACPI.sys, no one. then i checked if someone had stutters with dxgkrnl.sys and there are few forum posts about it, but then you could check...

Hello, i have an HP laptop, HP Power Pavilion-17 ab305 with i5 7300HQ and GTX 1050 Ti 4GB and i'm experiencing random stutters in almost every game i play. With some searching i found out that the second driver with high latency is the DirectX drive made by windows, The first one is ACPI.sys...
