ok, that is done (it installed and completed successfully). I tried to run the first one again. it took longer this time but still said in the end that it did not apply to my system.

I clean installed Win 7 home premium 64 bit on a new SSD drive. I used the regular windows update, and 2 updates kept failing to install (KB4493132 & KB4516065). I went through MS updating help and it did not fix it. I decided to start over, so I re-partitioned the drive and started over, this...

Missing a single update, tried to clear upate cache first, no go. The reported missing update was for KB4284826, and it has been trying to install that one for a couple of weeks. Started with step 1: done step 2: completed without error step 3: ran, took more than an hour, no feedback on this...
