Moving mouse causes fps drop in CPU intensive games only

Update on the issue, it's been fixed. I don't know which one did the trick, but I installed the default PCI drivers and rebooted, and then I got a error from "esrv.exe" not being able to open and then I force closed "esrv_svc.exe" and deleted all files related to it by doing a quick disk search...

Windows event log event ID 1000 keeps popping up every few minutes

Hello, I keep getting spammed with this same error every few minutes or hours sometimes and it (maybe*) causes almost all types of games to freeze up for 2-5 seconds and then work smoothly again. (*I've alt tabbed out after the freeze and checked the event log and seen that this error pops up...
