Ran and I've attached the file and also a new CBS zipped collection. DISM completed successfully. System still doesn't patch. SFC /scannow fails to repair files.

Came across a system not patching. Below are the steps taken so far. sfc /scannow is unable to fix errors dism fakely runs in 2 seconds but does nothing sfcfix fails to run due to side by side configuration error

I'm apparently bad at following directions. Geez, sorry about that lol. I'll have him try to upgrade again tonight unless you think we need to do something else. I need to figure out how to do this without having to post here.
