No. I do backups with Acronis, but there was no need to restore them. May be when I was trying to install security update and it rolls back changes (affects some files?)

First time - with enabled (right after pnputil command successfuly exeucted). Than reboot and two times in normal boot mode. So I tried both. No success...

Was trying to install "2019-11 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows Server 2012 R2 for x64-based Systems (KB4525243)" twice. No success (rolls back).

Made chkdsk today. According to log file it made some corrections in file system: After that I've booted to "unsigned drivers installation mode" and tried to use pnputil once again. Surprisingly this time it returned different error. As I understand from chkdsk log there's no bad sectors on...

pnputil returns error: Server has 2x SSD Raid1. Raid is functional (mirror is not broken). To test both drives for bad sectors I need to shutdown server and check them one by one. Will do so this weekend. For now I have Smart Status info in controller's web interface: For me it's strange...

One month passed from provided solution. 2019-11 Securty Monthly Quality update (KB4525243) arrived in November. But I got the same problem as before (OS installs update, but after reboot rolls back changes). From previous diagnostics I understand that there's underlying problem that stops...

Cpu.inf successfully installed. It seems that all updates after that installed with no errors too (at least there is no hidden and new updates for now). Thanks a lot for your knowledge and work. Will definitely donate to this forum.
