[SOLVED] 2 Updates Fail to install

Hi All, looking for some direction with 2 Windows 7 x64 updates failing to install (KB4019108 & KB4099633) I ran through sfc /scannow process and the sfcfix with SURT (copied over mum packages manually and ran SURT again which fixed a portion of the corruption as it was originally at 81)...
