Hello again Aura. Forgive the uncertainty of this, I've had a lot on my mind. I tried the Refresh option. Within seconds of selecting it, the system said "There was a problem while refreshing your PC. No changes were made." I tried again using a different route to the installation...

That was disappointing Aura. It seemed to go well but it ended up displaying the message "Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation." Then "Restoring your previous version of Windows." And then, "We couldn't install Windows...

Partial success. I tried right clicking on the bin file and then "Take Ownership". I was able to cut and paste it to a folder on the desktop. After rebooting and waiting a couple of hours there is now nothing in the ManifestCache. Does that help? Oh, by the way, I sent a private message...
