Thanks for your suggestions! Let me try testing it and will let you know shortly! Question - if it's the corrupted file, in this case "ntoskrnl.exe", how could we fix it?

Windows 10 1703 Build, NOT booting after turning off/decrypt the Bitlocker encryption

As part of my troubleshooting, I turned off the Windows 10 automatic repair, and it prompted me with this error: File: \Windows\System32\ntoskrnl.exe Error code: 0xc0000221 Please advice. I would highly appreciate your help!

Hi, I have turned on the Bitlocker on my VAIO S13 laptop last night, which has Windows 10 ~ 1703 Build. And couldn't boot it this morning, but I do have an access to command prompt via advanced options, where I was able to turn off the bit locker and decrypt the drive and see all my contents...

Brian, guess what... it worked, the SP1 installed successfully!!!! I gotta say here that even Microsoft Tier 2 support couldn't able to resolve this. Thank you so much for your time and help. Also, just curious to know what was the variable, please educate me here, if you could. Thanks again...

Hi, when I ran it first time, it ran for hours and never completed. So, I cancelled it, and re-ran it after rebooting again and it completed the second time. But here are the logs from both runs, in case. Thanks.

Well, when we attempted to install this security update, it prompted with the message "The update is not applicable to your computer" and not an option to proceed.
