Windows 7 will not update to SP1 - 0x800B0100

Windows 7 Service Pack 1 fails to install with the following error code: 800B0100 I tried the System Update Readiness Tool then tried reinstalling SP1; however, it still failed with the same error code. The CBS log files are attached. Any help would be appreciated.
