Many thanks Aura. I ran SURT - Windows6.1-KB947821-v34-x64.msu after applying packs.zip as you requested the new CheckSUR.log is attached. Ran the SFCFix.exe with the script SFCFixScript.txt as well. After looking at the new CheckSUR.log and SFCfix output it appears everything is fixed, I can...

I applied the packs.zip as you recommended before running DISM. I did not apply the SFCfixScript yes because the new checksur.log is not clean.
