For now it's game specific and driver specific and moreso GPU brand specific (AMD or nVidia). I could tell you exactly how to mitigate that per-game but nope. If you will just wait a bit the fix will be there with an update. Again it only impacts certain GPU's with certain games. Windows 11 is...

What Is The Best Windows 10 Pro Update to Upgrade To as of 1-29-21?

About that Dell Inspiron 1720 I worked on a few of those and I got the mouse pad working by using a driver for a similar but later model but one that was certified for Windows 8 and with a few simple tweaks I got it working with Windows 10.

Is there a work-around to make my old printer work with Windows 10?

Try this Windows 7 driver here and after installation rick click the program and in admin mode run in compatibility mode for Windows 8 (even though it's technically a W7 driver according to notes it also covers Windows 8). I checked out the DL myself it's safe.

Audio crackling

How does your PC run otherwise all ok? if so then try isolating the issue with a cheap soundcard or USB sound adaptor, or any USB headset. If your PC runs ok otherwise and sound is ok with other devices at least you know it's an issue solely with your onboard sound and go from there. Not sure...

Hardware Shipping Issues

Not had any issues with Newegg at all lately. I have used all the suppliers Bill mentioned and many more like FrozenCPU, Directron, Xoxide etc. I don't build as much in fact maybe two rigs a month now if that mostly because of Covid-19
