After attempting to install service pack update CBS Log directory - Zipped Process Monitor Log on Sendspace - Download Logfile.zip from Sendspace.com - send big files the easy way (20 Mbyte)

I tried again with the USB devices removed. The machine connects via a LAN cable and I did not (it is a bit advanced for my remote hands the BIOS, I doubt there is Wifi in there) check the BIOS/UEFI for Wifi. Here are the latest: CBS Directory - SetupLogs -

I'm not sure, used to use the Wireless dongle, it is left in as it is tiny, so it doesn't get lost. It appears to be Realtek on the inside. Here is the Providers REG tree as Text -
