SFC /scannow, SFCFix errors

Anyone have any ideas ?? I am really stuck. Called MS and they spent 8 hours on it, but don't seem to have anyway to repair this file, and they tell me I can not upgrade without it.

SFC /scannow, SFCFix errors

Hi, I need some help with some SFC errors, any help that can be given will be appreciated. The main issue seem to be with a MSDTC.LOG corruption error, along with a few other corruptions in windows 7. I have seen a solution in Windows 8 but am not sure if I can use the same files one a Win 7...
