That new file is 1.8MB the previous one I provided was <1MB. It's definitely a new file. Same errors? I did put that folder in place.

I checked another Server 2016 server I have and the folder is present. So I have a copy of that folder that's missing.

It did the same thing, rebooted, goto "Working on Updates... 9%" and immediately went to shutting down the Trusted Installer service. Then...rebooted, reverted updates, rebooted. Attached is the requested file.

The other updates installed successfully, for Excel and Outlook... I'm doing another round of installs now with that update. Going to watch it again.

The update downloaded and installed normally from Windows Update and rebooted. After the reboot it came back up to "Getting Windows ready" then to "Working on updates... ??%" It made it to 7% and rebooted, upon the reboot, it stated that something went wrong with the updates and reverts, and...
