Yes, I knew that, but my attempt at doing that using a rt click on the file in the folder generated the message in the second screenshot. Please advise how to extract the file from the zip format. Supposedly has 31.5kb.

Not sure where I'm going wrong- see screenshots. The fixit desktop icon is for the zip file. The second screenshot is the result of rt click on the fixit file and choosing extract all.

Sorry, did not understand. Just attempted to upload and attach per your instruction but when I clicked on the CBS file to upload, the "access denied" pop-up appeared. Is there a means to order the OS to make all files accessible?

I was able to get the icon on the desktop, had to enable as administrator. Was able to get a menu including copy with a rt. click. But would not paste in this box and notepad would not open the file either, so could not select and paste that way.
