Sadly, no same error and a windows update needs your help notification ribbon across the middle of the screen every 7 seconds telling me it hasn't upddated in more than 30 days. WU gives same error code as in title

So far as I know - if we had a power loss it was very brief and this machine is on its on sinewave ups by itself. The Asus motherboard is pretty sensitive to surges and would have shut the system down had it detected anything significant, but I don't recall having to restart the server - at...

The latest Servicing Stack Update that has been applied to this computer is KB4540726 2020-03 The SSU's 2020-06 and 2020-07 did not install via Windows Update or manually

It also said I should have installed the latest servicing stack update before installing this - but I have not been able to install the SSU either. When I tried to install this as you asked - I only tried to install this update nothing else, and then sent the CBS log

So when I tried to download the June security quality rollup it said it was replaced by the July rollup which said it was replaced by the August secuirty quality rollup (KB4571736) and so I donwloaded that msu and tried to install - it said searching for installed updates, installing ..., but...

I read somewhere that this behavior can happen if the dotNet framework is corrupted, but the dotNet Repair Tool from MS says it has repaired dot Net and nothing really changes
