Windows 7 upgrade to SP1 fails

Well, errors did come up :) : Stand alone version windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe results in not installing because there are one or more missing system components. Windows Update results in stopping after 19% download, with the error code 80073701. Does this mean I`m F*****ed? :)
