Windows 10 1709 Update Error: 0x8007007E Not able to update to New Windows 10 1803

I have successfully updated to new version. There is a folder C:\New Folder\Windows.old and another one C:\Windows.old. Can i delete first one? Thank you very much for you help and assistance.
