No exclamation marks. All the peripherals seem to live an happy life. Coming back on the sfcfix result log : SURT total detected corruption count: 8 Is that can be an issue ?

well just in case, I reinstalled the latest version of the drivers that can be found https://www.gigabyte.com/fr/Motherboard/GA-Z68XP-UD4-rev-10#support-dl-driver a brand new 2012 version ! :) (the windows update failed again)

Hello again at that late hour (I won't last long I think ^^;;) I ran the above procedure. I uploaded on dl.free.fr because "sendspace" it super slow : DL.FREE.FR Good luck with those humongous files ...

No, I do not have any exotic devices. It's a normal PC for games and office-like work. I have my screen, wired mouse, wireless keyboard and an E-sata drive for backup.
