Need help with CBS log

Well I did a full hard drive diagnostics which took a whole day and everything passed. So the corrupted sfc scan and chkdsk hanging from one hard drive to another and from one installation to another has nothing to do with my hard drive itself and it cant be an update cause my friends computer...

I seem to have corrupted files from SFC scan and they were supposed to be repaired on next system reboot but this never happened. Will someone please help me with this.
