OK, so I've had a look at my motherboard and I only found one capacitor that looked unusual - image below. If this is a damaged capacitor, what are my next steps? Thanks

I got a Hardware Monitor report here, dont know if it will help or not but I guess I'm at the point where I don't know what else to look at/for. Thanks Edit: I also have a perfmon report.
