Windows 10 Boot loop: "Attempting to recover installation... undoing changes saved to your computer"

Here is the system information page I can access right now, noticed my BIOS date is from way back when this PC was built... I read somewhere that setting the BIOS to default settings could fix this issue but it didn't when I tried, so maybe it's just out of date?

I started having this issue last night after my Netgear Powerline lost connection during a Windows 10 update. At first, I had a black screen on boot, and I figured this was because the update couldn't finish. After fixing the network issue, my computer is now stuck in a boot loop. The loop goes...
