Win 7 SP1 upgrade to Win 10 fails

I decided to try the Win 10 upgrade again anyway. It didn't work. The Windows 10 upgrade failed again with the same error as previously 0xC1900101 - 0x40017 "The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during BOOT operation". I've attached latest FRST and Addition logs.
