[W10 x64] Can't install DotNet 4.7 update (KB3186568). SFC 5 errors

Good day! Will be thankful for help. SfcFix didn't find any errors, Sfc reports 5 unrecoverable errors. cbs.log attached.

Good day! I meet OS freezes for 10-15 minutes every time when WU starts. Three month ago it was freeze for 1 minute. The time for freeze is grow up for that period. I have a russian version of Windows 10, so I think error screen don't tell you anything. I will try to translate it as possible...
