Windows 10 1903 Can't use windows update (0xc80003fa)and sfc corrupted files

Id say the same thing if i hadn’t tried 2 motherboards (the one currently in being brand new) and 2 sets of brand new RAM.

The SSDs are Smart rated as good. The RAM comes back as failing test 6 on CPU 8, this is a brand new set of RAM with a brand new Motherboard. Could it be the CPU?

I've tried running DISM several times and each time it comes back successful yet the problems still remain.

Hi there, I've done a fresh install of Windows 10 1903 and yet can't use Windows update to check fir updates due to error (0xc80003fa) I also can't install any drivers. SFC /Scan now gives me a report of unfixed corrupted files and SFC Fix simply crashes. Can anyone help?
