I stopped the verifier and will wait for a plan. I don't know whose recommendations to follow and certainly don't want to upset anyone. I think if we could remove the files in #54 and since I uninstalled Veracrypt and Pace i could do a clean boot upgrade. I would be ok with providing anything...

I remember a RtsUer.sys which I found in ntbtlog.txt file dated 4/27/2021 I do not see a rtsper.* I do see a OEM154.inf in C:\windows\inf As stated prior the tpkd.sys is in C:\windows\system32\drivers

I have started expanding the driver verifier test in smaller chunks. So far so good, see the First 6 selections attached. FYI: I did find the Pace Anti-Piracy, Inc. driver TPKD.sys in windows>system32>drivers I will run verifier for a couple days and then setup another selection.

I uninstalled Veracrypt then I uninstalled Veracrypt and Pace, used the pace cleanup tool, reset PC ran the attached Dism /online /get-drivers /format:table > "%userprofile%\desktop\drivers.txt" and No Veracrypt is seen but PACE Anti-Piracy, Inc. is listed :( What Now?

I just searched C: and the registry for RtsUer.sys and nothing found.

I first removed the driver in device manager w/uninstall it and delete software, rebooted to verify it did not reinstall. I then uninstalled the software and rebooted. I feel it is removed unless in the repository or registry. It must have been there from windows 7.

Actually it was the RtsUer.sys which was uninstalled via IOBit uninstaller. I believe the name was Realtek USB Card Reader

BSOD when Updating WIN 10 1909 to version 20H2

TEST ABORTED I set up verifier as requested. I selected ALL NON microsoft drivers. Rebooted and just after the Dell logo screen the system hung. I let it hang for 5 minutes. My normal reboot is 30 seconds. I had to run verifier /reset to notify you that the test had to be aborted. Now what?

I still have Verifier running it has been 60 hours now?, Is it ok to verifier /rest now? The requested files are attached

AS an FYI and a Question. I am running Verifier and confirmed w Query Why can't I just delete the folder C:\WINDOWS\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\smbdrv.inf_amd64_6f8f396ef8f62fde which contains the smb related files as I do not see this is being used?
