Go The Power was working with me on SP1 Update Problem but I have not heard anything for nine days. Instead Ray Pewa (a new member) says he is getting my thread. Has something gone awry with the thread? Thanks.

Go The Power, Please let me know if there is anything else that can be done or if I just need to reinstall Windows 7. An application that I use has recently been updated to require a version of .NET Framework that I cannot get without SP1. So I need to get things updated. Am I missing anything...

What are the requirements of the machine they need to be exported from? Does it have to be identical, i.e., a Gateway NV59. I don't know of another identical machine I could use. If it doesn't have to be identical but I knew the requirements, I might be able to find one that would work, in that...
