Cleanmgr.exe don't delete old updates, Manifest hash mismatch in CBS

Hello, I'd like to ask for your help: on my server with windows 2008 R2 SP1 is a large winsxs directory (over 20G). I tried running cleanmgr.exe, which reports more than 10G in old updates. When I enable to delete old updates, the process runs for a few minutes but then ends without an error...
