For KB4487023 error code 8007371C. Fails install so no prompt for reboot. Event ID 20 WindowsUpdateClient - Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x8007371c: 2019-02 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows Server 2008 for x64-based Systems (KB4487023).

Yes it is. It might be easier to wipe and reload. Only has network shares on it. This server is generating GBs of logs.

Unable to uninstall anything OS related. Uninstalling IE9 resulted in: Windows Update An error has occurred. Not all of the updates were successfully uninstalled. Many Event Viewer event ID 4375.
