[Win7SP1Pro x64] random bsod help!

Hello Sysnative forum, I've been helped by this community before, and I'm hoping you guys can help me again. I started getting blue screens and I'm not sure what I've done to make this start happening. I haven't done anything besides what I always do with my PC, stream movies, use photoshop...

I just updated the bios, haven't had a crash since I lowered the ram speed. will update as soon as I get a bsod. Thanks again!

also, if my ram is not compatible, in your opinion what is the best and most reliable ram would you recommend to work perfectly with my set-up? what would be the most expensive option, and the cheapest option?

Thanks Xilolee and Happy New year! I lowered the ram speed like you mentioned and I'm updating the bios later today. I'll update if any crashes happens.
