Hi, can someone help me please. ? Like so many other people I have a problem downloading windows update. I have asked Microsoft for help and they wanted to do a refresh. (Easy way out ?) I have a problem with that as I can't remember if I made a recovery flash drive with windows 8 or 8.1 which...
