[SOLVED] cannot install .net 4.8 on server 2012 r2

solved - got windows server 2012 install media and mounted it. Started the instalation from the running OS and "Upgraded" preserving the apps and data. then started the windows update - installed around 130 updates and few restarts later - got the dot net 4.8

Hi logs are big - so here is a link CBS.zip and 1 more file I am trying to install dot net 4.8 on server 2012 R2 (it is Citrix gold image). Updates on that machines ware sporadic at best during the years. Now an application needs dot net 4.8 to work and cannot install it. Did try with windows...
