Backstory: The day before I saw this error I was booting up my computer and switched it off before it could let me sign in. (idk if that has something to do with it)

About 2 days ago, I turned my laptop on and saw that it kept restarting until 3 restarts in it showed me an error: -------------------------------------------------------------- Your PC/Device needs to be repaired There isn't enough memory to create a ramdisk device. Error code: 0xc0000017...
